Delivery will be confirmed at checkout.

imacollectorstore.com reserves the right to amend or change the free delivery offer at any time, but we promise to notify customers at least 14 days in advance. Certain items are excluded from some countries delivery.

Your delivery fees for one of the order will be refunded to your original mode of payment, when applicable.

We will be able to look into it and arrange an exchange for you promptly.

It would also be helpful if you can attach a photo of the packaging (reflecting the order number) to aid in our investigation process, in case the parcel got swapped accidentally during the delivering process
